Delete Your English Secrets Account or Personal Data

English Secrets users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Request deletion from the app

1. Open the English Secrets app and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete account or personal data.
4. Send the request from the secure deletion page using the email address registered to your account.

Request deletion by email

Email support@english-secrets.com from the email address registered to your English Secrets account. Use the subject English Secrets account deletion request and include your full name and registered email address. Do not send your password or payment-card information.

What will be deleted

After verifying that you own the account, we will delete or anonymize the account profile, authentication sessions, learning progress, AI-practice history held by English Secrets and other personal data that is not legally required to be retained. Deleting the account ends access to enrolled courses and protected digital content.

What may be retained

Order, invoice, payment-status and transaction records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or legal-dispute purposes. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you using the registered email address if additional verification is necessary.

Delete specific data without closing the account

You may also request deletion or correction of specific personal data without closing your account. Explain the requested change in an email to support@english-secrets.com.
